Yip, yip, hurray!!  My cat made up the 1st word, ut oh, does that mean that she's smarter than me?? BWSA, be careful answering that "loaded" question. (~:"  I also graduated one year early at age 16, I was in such a hurry to grow up......um, why, because I have a lot more TRUE friends with 1,980 worth of class! I never new about the previous reunions since I moved so often & my folks retired in Hilo, Hawaii.  I heard through the grape vine about how AWESOME the turnout & # of my closest friends went to 20th.  I hope I see you all this time!!  MISS YOU ALL!! (*:'

I think there is something very special about a high school reunion.  There is something so unique and comforting about walking into a room where everyone is exactly the same age and comes from the same place.  There is a shared experience, that no matter what has transpired since, is always with us.  I feel a bond with my fellow classmates, even though I haven't seen many of you for many years. I wonder if other people feel that same connection.  Ok, that's way too much insight and self examination... let the party begin!

Hey Wendy...you wore a lava lava to the luau dance didn\'t you?  A lava lava is a piece of fabric tied around the waist (tropical print).  I think most of the girls wore halter tops, bikini tops, or tube tops.  I won\'t talk about your wardrobe malfunction on this site:)

Ok...I am old now and don\'t remember many things...and Linda, I assume you are talking about me...but what the hell is my lava-lava??And...do you and Tammy need any help on either night?

comment by Michael (\Misha\) Dobrov

I bought a ticket.  But I did that last time as well.  On the fence about attending this time (again).  But I think that I'll make a showing.  Trying to recruit people to attend who have never been to a LASH reunion.

A special shout out to Patrick Manning for stepping in and fixing our A/V problems on Saturday night... he called in a tech from his Mac store (We Fix Macs) in Palo Alto, and they fixed the problem in minutes, leaving me relieved and happy.  Thanks, Pat, for your help!

Wow! It was great to see everyone last night!!Tammy, thank you again for putting this event together. You and all the folks who helped did a wonderful  job, as evidenced by all the squeals, laughter, and story swapping.  Loved the video, Jeff\'s music making, the trivia game, etc. etc.Really, really fun times and I\'m looking forward to seeing the pictures. :-)

I really look forward to seeing everyone again. I had a great time at the 50 year reunion they had when they invited all classes. I remember how much trouble I was growing up. I am so glad I have 3 Daughters. They have been such a blessing. Although I think God has a sense of humor, I have learned a lot from my girls.  I wish I kept in contact with classmates. I just jumped in to work and really never looked back. Life is very good now, and I am giving back ten fold. Hope more people show up this time. Autodok

Hey everyone!  I was just listening to good old KFRC on the internet just to get me in the mood! It can\'t be 30 years? Wish I could have made it to the 20th reunion but I\'m excited to go to this one! Tammy, I like your idea of a shared experience.

Wow! I look forward to seeing all of you. (Honestly, I never thought I would.)  The video of the 20th-- loved it-- (Tammy, thanks for including it).  It\'s just a reminder that we were just teenagers all flustered about the same things, not knowing that everybody else on campus had the same issues.  I\'ll be sure to attend this reunion.

comment by Marta Rauch

I'm looking forward to the reunion. Thanks for organizing this!

comment by Paige Bishop Fulkerson

Regretably, I\'m unable to make the reunion (AGAIN).  THIS time, I thought I\'d reach out and let folks know that I\'d very much like to retain this "reunion momentum" and catch up independantly (for those that remember the highschool threads)!  Feel free to contact me via email to reconnect...  Otherwise, a toast to your collective good health and have a great celebration! Best, Paige

Hi all - this will be fun. Linda M. I remember seeing  you one time in the gym, not married or with kids. Wow, life goes by quickly. Now I think you have 3 and I have 2. - Brian Knebel

Cannot wait to see everyone..

comment by Annie Warren (Bedichek)

I missed the last one reunion, but I am really looking forward to attending this one.  Thank you so much for organizing it.  I live in Palo Alto now, and though I don't see many people from LAHS, I still see a few people, and I would love to add to that list. Annie

Tammy was in town last week, so we met over at Trader Vic\'s to check on some details.  We\'re really excited about our upcoming reunion!  For those of you planning to stay overnight next door at Dinah\'s Garden Hotel (they\'re offering a $99 deal just for our reunion), you might be interested in knowing Dinah\'s Poolside Grill is still there and still serving tasty omelettes (thumbs up from both of us).  I\'m sure many of you remember that place.I want everyone to know Tammy has put a ton of effort into this reunion, and we owe her a BIG, BIG thank  you!  She was responsible for putting together this website, making big decisions, tracking down people, making reservations, printing and sending postcards, etc.  Bravo, Tammy!  This reunion will be (in the words of Will Parry and Joe Puterbaugh, circa 1980) so-o-o-o-o-o intense!!!  I\'m wondering if Wendy will wear her lava-lava?

Anyone know Belinda Bynum? I was friends with her before high school.

comment by Pietra BUelow

Its great to remember everyone from those days, but makes me feel a bit old.  Memory is failing . . .  Can\'t wait to see everyone!

comment by Lauralee S. Riley (Banfield)

Looking forward to some fun times catching up with everyone!

comment by Paul Amrhein

I can't believe it's only been 30 years.  It will be great to see everyone and share the experiences we've been through.  See you soon

comment by Randi Norman Murphy

Did I know you from "the pit", "the mound" or as a fellow YMCA counselor?  One more time- everyone smuggle in a bag of marshmallows to "Rosatti\'s" to reinact the notorious snowball fight... how Magic found out I was the instigator is baffling (ha).

comment by Linda Manoogian Brinsfield

Yes, it is nice to hang out with your old friends from high school...but I must say, I find it just as fun and interesting to venture out of our old high school cliques at these reunions.  I do know we have two classmates who did just that at our last reunion...and ended up getting married and having a child.  Hey Tammy, I guess one advantage to graduating high school early is the fact that you don't have a senior portrait printed in the yearbook that comes back to haunt you in later years.  Who is the website elf responsible for posting my senior portrait?  I'm just thankful it was taken before my big hair/perm era in the early 80's!

comment by Roy Martinez

I guess I cannot even spell my own name.

comment by Roy Martinea

I am torn about whether to go. My brother was very active in organizing the 1979 reunion. I have gone to previous reunions. It feels like fewer and fewer of my close friends go each time. It is always great to see people from LAHS, Egan, Covington, Almond, and even LAYC preschool. But...it feels like a chicken and egg thing. Will the people I want to see sign up only if they see I (and others) are going? Or...should I wait to see who is going before I sign up? I imagine I will end up going. But...I sure wish I knew NOW who would show up!

comment by Linda Fraguglia (Gielow)

I hope to see some of my old friends who didn\'t make the last reunion.

comment by Charlie Lewis

I didn\'t know many, but I was there.
