I didn't know many people when I was there, and I totally lost touch when I went to college--that's a shame. After a lot of years in graduate school, first in Germany, then at the Claremont Grdauate School for a doctorate in philosophy, my wife, Cheri, and I settled in to teach at Westmont College in Santa Barbara, where we've been for 13 years now. We have three daughters, one born to us 16 years ago, and two we adopted 8 years ago, the oldest now 23, the youngest nearly 15. What a wild ride! |
